Can I choose the country or language of the reviews?

Yes. You can select the target market for your reviews (DE, AT, CH, US, UK, etc.). Reviewers will match the language and region you choose for maximum authenticity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other major eCommerce payment methods.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available only if no reviews have been provided yet. Once the review campaign begins and our team allocates testers, the bundle becomes non-refundable due to immediate operational costs.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your User Area, instantly and without contacting support. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

Can I choose between Trustpilot and Google Reviews?

Yes. After linking your business page you can select Trustpilot or Google as your preferred review platform. (Currently in BETA, only Trustpilot is supported; Google support is coming soon.)
